Breakfast was pretty tasty, especially their fresh pastries. Only downside was the noise from nearby celebrations that interrupted our chill time. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway near Lake Garda!

The towels were changed every three days unless I wanted to cough up more credits for daily swaps, which felt a bit stingy. Coffee and juice were a bit of a hassle due to the automatic machines requiring a wait for a server to activate them. The old-fashioned door keys were a chore to use. Wi-Fi was touch-and-go—only really working in the bar area, which isn’t ideal if you're trying to connect from your room. The location, while peaceful, felt a bit removed from local attractions, meaning I had to trek a bit to find entertainment or dining options. the room decor has seen better days, and I can’t say I was a fan of the cramped bathroom setup.

Excellent swimming pool and well-kept garden areas.
The rooms were filthy, with mold in both bathrooms. I experienced sleepless nights due to an uncomfortable mattress and disturbing noise from outside. the staff's rude behavior was completely unacceptable, making my family feel unwelcome.

The room was simple but pretty nice, had a balcony that was cool for chilling out. The beds were a bit hard for my liking, though. Breakfast was decent and genuinely enjoyable. Had no fridge, which would’ve been handy. The area was kind of busy since we were in the family section, with lots of kids running around, but overall, it was a decent place to crash for our stay.

the hotel is in a good location, about 10 mins walk to the beach, and the room we stayed in was clean and comfy. the staff were really friendly and helpful, and there was decent food at breakfast. the pool area looked nice, and we enjoyed the grounds around the hotel.
there were no small fridges in the room which was a bummer, and the beds were kinda hard making it tough to sleep well at night.

The room offered a decent experience with a stunning balcony view of the lake that left a great impression. Breakfast was enjoyable, with pancakes being particularly noteworthy. a lack of fridge in the room was inconvenient, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the bar area, which was limiting. the pool was quite cold, making it hard to enjoy fully during my stay.

Charming stay with lovely pool and garden views
The outdoor pool and beautiful garden were the highlights of my stay, providing a serene spot to relax after a day exploring Lake Garda. I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty pizza served in the on-site restaurant and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. I found the breakfast selection to be a bit lacking and would have preferred more options.
